StrategIQ was founded by Brian Friedopfer, a seasoned technology executive with a unique advantage: he’s been on both sides of the table.
Brian spent most of his career on the customer side, leading technology strategy, evaluating vendors, and navigating the often frustrating world of sales pitches, inflated pricing, and one-size-fits-all solutions. As a buyer, he saw firsthand how hard it was to get straight answers, fair pricing, and real strategy—without the spin.
That frustration fueled a bold pivot. Brian joined the partner and reseller world, where he built one of the most successful CX and collaboration practices in the industry—from the ground up to over $100M in annual revenue in just a few years. His goal? To build the kind of practice he always wished existed when he was a customer. One that actually put clients first.
Now, free from corporate red tape and incentives, Brian founded StrategIQ with a clear mission:
