StrategIQ IT is a technology advisory firm based in Lake Forest, IL. This notice covers this website and the requests, emails and meetings that come through it. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you submit. If you request a review: your name, company, work email, company website, the service you want to discuss, renewal timing and your role.
• How you found us. Which page, campaign or ad version led you here, from a short fixed list. We don’t use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
• Messages and meetings. Emails you send us, and the details you enter when you book a time.
• Security data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to protect the site. For rate limiting we keep only a one-way scrambled version, never the address itself.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, arrange a conversation and send the booking link, plus up to two reminders.
• To prepare for and follow up on conversations you ask for.
• To keep the site and our email secure.

We don’t sell your information, and a review request doesn’t sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our communications: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the form’s bot check), Microsoft 365 (email), TidyCal (scheduling) and Microsoft Teams (meetings). If you decide to move forward with a technology provider, we share what that provider needs to prepare a proposal, with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Review requests and their follow-up records are deleted 180 days after the request. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address and that request so we can honor it.

Your choices

• Reply “no thanks” to any follow-up, or use the opt-out link in it, and we’ll stop.
• Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Please don’t send

Passwords, account numbers or other credentials. If we need to review bills or contracts, we’ll arrange a suitable way to share them.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update it here with a new effective date.
