Questions
How do I find out if fiber is available at my business address?
Enter your business address in the form on this page. We check which fiber, cable and fixed wireless providers already serve the building, then email you what we find, usually within one business day. The check is free and you are under no obligation to switch.
What is the difference between business fiber and dedicated internet?
Business fiber (sometimes called broadband fiber) is shared and best-effort, and it is often priced between about $100 and $300 a month for gigabit speeds. Dedicated internet access gives you guaranteed, symmetrical bandwidth with a service level agreement, and it often costs several times more. Many offices are paying for one when the other would fit.
Why does it matter whether a provider is already in the building?
When a provider’s fiber is already in your building, installation is usually faster and cheaper, and there may be no construction charge. If service has to be built to the building, the timeline can stretch to several months and build costs may apply.
Is the pricing you send a quote?
No. The ranges we share are budgetary, based on current provider pricing for your address. Final price depends on the term, speed and options you choose, and is confirmed in a formal quote before you sign anything.
What do you do with my address?
We share the business address with our technology sourcing partners only to check availability and pricing. We don’t share your name or email with them for this check, and we don’t sell your information.
